 Open your Outlook email client.

<ol>
<li> Open your Outlook email client.</li>
<li> From the &#8220;Tools&#8221; menu, select &#8220;Accounts&#8221;.</li>
<li> On the pop-up window that presents, select &#8220;Add&#8221; then click &#8220;Mail&#8221;.</li>
<li> Enter the name you wish to have associated with this email address in the &#8220;Display Name&#8221; text box, then click &#8220;Next&#8221;.</li>
<li> Enter the full email address created for this account within the &#8220;Email address:&#8221; text box.</li>
<li> In the &#8220;<strong>Incoming mail&#8221;</strong> (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server: enter &#8220;mail.yourdomain.com (depends on what your registered domain name is)&#8221; ( yourdomain is simply an example, replace with the domain name associated with this account).</li>
<li> In the <strong>&#8220;Outgoing mail&#8221;</strong> (SMTP) server: enter &#8220;mail.yourdomain.com&#8221; (same rules as above apply .</li>
<li> Click on &#8220;Next&#8221;.</li>
<li> Enter the email address you created in the &#8220;Account name:&#8221; text box and the password you assigned to this address into the &#8220;Password:&#8221; text box. (this might also be called username depening on what version of outlook you are using)</li>
<li> Click on the &#8220;Servers&#8221; tab, and check the box next to &#8220;My server requires authentication.&#8221;</li>
<li>Test account settings. If everything is ok then click ok/apply and you are off and running.</li>
<li>If during test account settings you get an error then try step 13. below.</li>
<li>If your ISP blocks port 25, you can override the default port number and use port 2525 instead. You will find this area under the &#8220;advanced tab&#8221;</li>
<li> Click on &#8220;OK.&#8221;</li>
